The owners of the iconic Charlotte on Plac Zbawiciela in Warsaw, its clones in Kraków and Wrocław, and the Charlotte Menora in Warsaw with elements of Jewish cuisine implemented another idea – on October 17, they opened Charlotte Bouillon.
