An intense flavourful tapenade made from black olives with extra virgin olive oil, thyme and garlic. Ideal for tartines and appetisers. Works well as an accompaniment to fresh bread or baguette. On Charlotte’s menu, you’ll find it in a hot tartine with mozzarella, a recipe unchanged for years. Capacity 200 ml
